This Cachaça spends one year aging in Balsam wood barrels. It is perfect for drinking neat, as it is refreshing and leaves a clean sensation on the palate. The barrels are new, have a medium toast, and a capacity of up to 700 liters. The fermentation process uses selected yeast, yielding a light, smooth cachaça without high acidity. This product earned the Gold Medal in the Brazilian Wood category at the 29th Expocachaça in Belo Horizonte/MG in 2019.
