Cachaça Caraçuípe is a tribute to the memory of the Coutinho family. The products represent the preservation of tradition and family expertise that spanned generations and make Alagoas a top cachaça producer. With a commitment to reviving the family's history, the sugarcane grower, Renato Coutinho, pursued the dream of his grandfather Antonio and his uncle Benedito, who in 1933 bought the mill. Even then, the brothers had rich discussions about life and work and achieved success in sugar ventures. Cachaça Caraçuípe Extra Premium is the producer's signature, a pleasant cachaça aged for one year and six months in oak barrels, ensuring high quality and a unique experience. The flavor is smooth, while the aroma has slightly floral and sweet notes, sugarcane sweetness, integrated alcohol, and vanilla, with a medium-long finish. It pairs well with nuts and meat, especially pork. Cachaça Caraçuípe Extra Premium Carvalho 750ml is distilled in copper stills and aged in French oak barrels for three and a half years, giving it a bright golden yellow color and a viscous texture. Its aroma evokes woody notes of vanilla, dark chocolate, and tobacco, while its balanced flavor suggests nuts and vanilla. It's light, with 40% alcohol. It pairs well with red meat, spicy dishes, and game. SOURCE: Cachaçaria Nacional & Cachaças do Nordeste
