Strawberries from Co. Wexford are the primary ingredient in this gin crafted by Blackwater Distillery in Co. Waterford. Twelve other botanicals are included during distillation, and the gin is later infused with strawberries and blackcurrants, giving it a pale pink hue. No sweeteners are added.
