To create this Rhubarb Gin, Ha'Penny (hay-penny) utilizes its primary pot-distilled gin, which includes 13 botanicals like geranium, dandelion, lavender, and blackberry. These botanicals were present in Dublin's Phoenix Park during the Victorian era, coinciding with the construction of the Ha'penny Bridge. This was truly excellent. Abundant fruity and floral scents. The taste mirrored the aromas. It was sweet, tart, floral, and featured juniper, with a heat that suited the finish perfectly.
