This gin stands out for its innovative approach. It features an impressive 30 local botanicals, many grown on the estate itself. Even more distinctive is the inclusion of Riesling wine from the Zilliken estate, a prominent German wine producer in a renowned wine-growing area. While deviating from a conventional gin recipe, it strongly adheres to its principle of strict regional sourcing.

Very enjoyable, subtle, well-balanced, and sophisticated aroma of light juniper, fruity grape, fresh herbs, and a touch of floral. Unfortunately, it's a bit too weak to drink straight, and tonic water mostly masks its delicate character. I'd love to recommend it for sipping neat or with tonic based on its appealing aroma, but I can't.
Highly floral and aromatic, with herbal and earthy undertones. The blend of botanicals is surprisingly well-balanced rather than jumbled, maintaining a delicate equilibrium. A vendor compared it to a less expensive version of another gin, and while I was initially doubtful, I'm coming to see the resemblance, though this is a distinct (and refined) gin in its own right.
A very enjoyable gin for sipping. It's full-bodied, viscous, and notably floral.
