Shakespeare Distillery's Rhubarb Gin uses their Stratford Gin as the foundation. After pressing the rhubarb, the juice is incorporated into the gin. To balance the tartness, a small quantity of sugar is added before it is bottled at 80 proof. This gin possesses a natural color, and some sediment or color variation might appear.

This is a wonderfully aromatic flavored gin. It's very vibrant, with an amazing tart rhubarb flavor. I spontaneously bought a bottle after a gin-making tour at the Shakespeare Distillery. Served with ginger ale and an orange slice, it's perfect! Highly recommended for its full flavor and good value!
