About this bottle
This additive-free tequila is crafted from 100% organic blue Weber agave, cultivated at an elevation of 9,000 feet in Jalisco's highlands and produced at Tequila El Rocio, S.A. de C.V. (NOM 1636). The agave is cooked for 72 hours in a masonry oven, milled using a traditional tahona, and undergoes natural fermentation in American oak wooden barrels. Following distillation on alembic pot stills, the spirit rests for 25 days in a white oak barrel before filtration. It is presented at 80 proof.
