Alba, from Monte Belo do Sul, in Rio Grande do Sul, distinguishes itself with its distinctive method of crafting beverages using genuinely handmade techniques. Its selection, still limited, has arrived in the market with premium grappas and sugarcane brandies. The designs are the creation of an artist from Minas Gerais. Sugarcane spirit made in southern Brazil from dark purple sugarcane, whose must underwent natural fermentation for 42 days. It has an alcohol content of 54%, but it is not perceived sensorially, as the alcohol is well integrated with sugar and acidity. Aromatic and intricate, the drink offers floral, fruity, and herbal notes, a hint of black olive and violet. Full-bodied and refreshing simultaneously and with a lingering finish. No wood, but it is indeed an intricate spirit.
