Isaac Mcguire 4.0

Alba, from Monte Belo do Sul, in Rio Grande do Sul, distinguishes itself through its unique production of beverages using entirely traditional methods. Its still limited range has entered the market with high-quality grappas and sugarcane spirits. The artwork on the labels is by an artist from Minas Gerais. Sugarcane spirit produced in southern Brazil from white sugarcane, with the must undergoing natural fermentation for 14 days (using yeast from the sugarcane itself). It has an alcohol content of 54%, yet this is not sensorially evident, as the alcohol is well balanced with the sugar and acidity. Aromatic and vibrant, the drink presents floral, fruity, and herbal notes, with a hint of tropical fruit. Full-bodied yet fresh, with a prolonged finish. Unaged, but it is a complex and vibrant spirit indeed.
