About this bottle
A & G serves as the distilling label for St. Julian winery, located in the Lake Michigan Shore Appellation. In addition to grapes and apples, cherries are cultivated here, with Montmorency, Meteor, and Balleton varieties used in this brandy. A & G employs a Carl-still, considered the premier equipment for craft distillation. Following distillation, the spirit rests for a minimum of one year in a toasted French oak barrel before being finished in a cream sherry solera cask to enhance color and complexity.
