About this bottle

Harvest Spirits is recognized as an original craft distiller in New York State. Their production centers on apple spirits distilled using a traditional German 100-gallon pot still. When these spirits mature in oak, they become part of the "Cornelius" range, exhibiting characteristics similar to Calvados or American applejack. Given the abundance of high-quality fruit in the Hudson Valley, experimentation with secondary fruit maceration is common for some Cornelius spirits. In this particular expression, sweet Bing cherries are combined with two-year-aged apple brandy and aged for an additional year in oak quarter casks.
