A crisp Agave Spirit from Zignum Distillery in Oaxaca, Mexico, made with 100% Espadin agave & bottled unaged. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, citrus, herbs & spices, while a complex life led to a smoky death of medium length. April 2017
Silky, with no smoke whatsoever. A faint scent of wine is present.
Smoother than I anticipated. I will look for this.
