My goal in Brazil was to experience Cachaça, and I achieved a one-third success rate, which is respectable in certain fields. This was the first bottle I acquired for myself. The wood tint was unforeseen and contributes little, but it does mellow the overall experience. A straightforward drink from a plastic cup offers an unanticipated journey. It carries notes of soap and pepper in just the right measure. It's gentle, but not excessively so. I struggle to articulate its character. In the States, we are deprived of this as a common beverage.
