An potent, Cask Strength Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey from Walsh Whiskey Distillery. Its initial impression is elegant and fragrant, with milk chocolate, dark blackberries, a touch of peppercorn, and caramelized nuts. The middle develops into fresh, fruity notes of mango and melon, culminating in a long, spicy finish with hints of nectarines and caramel.
The nose is light and fruity with undertones of banana. It tastes of graham crackers and toasted barley. The finish is incredibly long and leaves a tingling sensation in the mouth.
A splash of water brings out a green apple Jolly Rancher essence. From 2018.
