About this bottle
Roman Roth, the winemaker at Wölffer Estate in the Hamptons, has developed this "Pink" Gin. The spirit utilizes the estate's rosé wine as its foundation and is distilled with six botanicals, including cardamom, coriander, fresh mint, and juniper, with the latter two grown on-site. A subsequent addition of red grape skin extract to the distillate before bottling imparts the pink coloration.
