About this bottle
While firmly part of the west coast's flourishing new gin scene, the Cutler surname has roots tracing back to the early 1900s and an ambition to establish a bar in a California gold rush town. Approximately a century later, Ian Cutler produces a gin in Santa Barbara incorporating prominent local citrus varieties like Ojai Pixies (a type of clementine) and Goleta Lemons, alongside botanicals such as cardamom, elderflower, and jasmine. Currently, availability is restricted to California.
