This gin is distinctive and fruity. It's smooth and malty, concluding with a "bubble gum" flavor. There are no floral notes at all. It's so understated that it lacks depth. I nearly gave it 3 stars due to the cost; however, the unusual "bubble gum" finish is quite enjoyable. It's smooth on the rocks with no burn. If you prefer floral and complex gins, this isn't for you. I'm uncertain if I can endorse it given the price.
It's quite good, though the burn is a bit more than I prefer, but not overwhelmingly so. It's not excessively floral, but some pleasant citrus and other notes are present, elevating it beyond a standard dry gin.
This isn't my top choice; the flavor profile lacks depth. Primarily, I'm detecting juniper. It does possess a notable heat, exceeding the usual. Maybe that's the reason so few tastes emerge.
Initially sweet and fragrant, reminiscent of lavender, it transitions to pronounced notes of juniper and pine. A true journey through the year in a single taste!
Clean, bright flavors of juniper and pine. It's light and an ideal sipper with a pleasant finish. Truly my favorite dry gin, without question.
