Quite a light yellow-gold color, with a fruity, tart aroma, similar to a cool white wine. On the palate, there's an immediate light fruit tartness and clear fruit flavor (grape) with pleasant sweetness. The fruit aroma remains long in the mouth, with fresh sweetness on the tongue.

Lemon cake on the nose with faint notes of shoe polish and sawdust. The palate is creamy, viscous, and round with some sweet fruit notes, light lemon cake, and vanilla cream. A long, spicy, satisfying finish with a wild raspberry note appearing near the very end.
Rather well-rounded despite a noticeable alcoholic presence. A truly great pour!
Unfortunately, it was only a 5cl bottle 😢, but a tasty whiskey nonetheless.
A smooth caramel sensation initially, followed by a spicy finish.
