Wa Bi Gin is created in limited quantities at the Tsunuki distillery in Kagoshima, a facility owned by Hombo Shuzo, which also operates the renowned Mars Shinshu distillery. This gin, featuring botanicals like yuzu, ginger, perilla, and green tea leaves, was part of the initial wave of Japanese gins introduced globally in 2017.
