About this bottle
Salcombe Gin Rosé Sainte Marie derives its name from the Sainte Marie lighthouse, located at the southern entry to Marseille's Old Port. This is where 19th-century Salcombe Fruit Schooners would load citrus and herbs for shipment to England. The gin's pink color comes from the maceration of unsweetened red fruits, added to the botanicals, which were inspired by Mediterranean coastal flavors.
