Distillery No. 209 Kosher-for-Passover Gin, certified by the Orthodox Union which supervised its entire production, starts with a neutral spirit base derived from sugarcane. The proprietary botanical blend includes juniper, orange peel, lemon peel, cassia bark, angelica root, and coriander seeds. Unlike their usual recipes, this gin substitutes cardamom with bay leaves from Mt. Veeder in Napa Valley. It is bottled at 46% ABV.
