An elegant agave spirit from Viviente Mezcal Distillery in Michoacán, Mexico, crafted with Cupreata agave and bottled at 45.0% ABV. It has an aromatic start with notes of agave, earth, fruits, nuts, herbs, and spices; while a fresh middle adds notes of agave, grapefruit, lemon, lime, banana peel, pineapple, and guava; that led to a balanced, medium-length finish with notes of mesquite wood and smoke, tree bark, walnut shells, roasted cocoa, river stones, chalk, and sea salt.
