Hint of color, medium thick legs in the glass. The aroma is sweet, with juniper, pine, and anise, and a little ethanol. Spruce/pine, citrus, sweet, and a burst of ethanol in the mouth. The overall sensation is sweet. Spice, anise, and mint builds and fades through an average finish. Fresh and light body, rather thin mouthfeel. Not as essentially "pine forest" as a certain gin, but a lighter option that should mix well in drinks from a Tom Collins (it does, with a subtle pine flavor) to a Martini. Does NOT play well in a White Negroni, trust me.

Stunning gin. Spruce complements the botanicals beautifully, creating a spectacular dry Martini... and an inspired Dirty Martini.
Notes of pine and spruce are present, with herbal undertones. It's unexpectedly sweet and delicate.
One of the finest spirits I've ever experienced.
