An elegant Agave Spirit from NOM 1137. Its aromatic beginning includes notes of agave, wood, herbs, and spices. A rich development adds caramel and vanilla, leading to a medium-length, balanced finish with oak, pepper, and chocolate. Sampled April 2016 / 2017.
