About this bottle
To commemorate its 10th anniversary, Siembra Azul founder David Suro blended a reposado (aged 2-12 months) with a small amount of extra añejo (aged 3-5 years). The agaves, harvested between 5-8 years old, were distilled using both copper and stainless steel pot stills, as well as column stills. All the distillate was matured in new Missouri white oak. This distinctive, limited edition was produced at the Feliciano Vivanco y Asociados family distillery, pushing the boundaries of tequila production.
