An intense agave spirit from Mexico, aged at least 2 months in oak and bottled at 40% ABV. It has an aromatic beginning of cooked agave, fruits, wood, herbs, and spices. The middle is bold with baked apple, guanabana, mint, sumac, dill, and Thai basil notes. It finishes rich and medium in length with caramel, oak, vanilla, pepper, and cumin. May 2022
