About this bottle
Boann Distillery in Ireland's Boyne Valley offers the second batch of this cask-finished whiskey. The spirit is triple-distilled, with a mash bill of 35% malt and 65% grain whiskey. Both components are aged separately in ex-bourbon casks for at least four years before being combined and transferred to Chateau du Breuil Calvados casks for 15 months. Bottled at 43% ABV, it undergoes no chill filtration and has no coloring added. This limited release, available since November 2021, is capped at 3,000 bottles.
