Absolutely fantastic. I bought it because... I can't recall why. Remarkably inexpensive for its quality. Wonderful. It has a lovely Bailey's-like finish, which is by no means a negative. They are a very new distillery in Ireland, and it's one I'll be watching closely. <3
A taste at Dew Drop in Galway. A bachelor party event. Transparent, deep gold. Powerful fruit, lemon, and rind. Herbs, dried grass, and wood. Silky, citrus, orchard fruit, and wood notes. Strong, yet mild and harmonious.
Incredibly smooth with very little bite, despite its high alcohol volume. It's also quite sweet.
Abundant peat, petrol, cinnamon, and stone fruit.
