A pleasant surprise. Features a nice fruity, floral taste with a hint of oak. It strongly resembles a cognac. It does have a bit of a kick like a young whiskey, but overall, I'm quite pleased.

A pleasant earthy aroma with a subtle caramel and butterscotch undertone. The body is bright, quite vegetal, and sweet, with hints of celery and rosewater. This is the finest Irish whiskey I've tasted.
Light on the nose, sweet and very smooth. Slight bitter aftertaste.
Sweet notes of Muscat, vanilla, and caramel, with a faint smoky undertone.
