About this bottle
The Producer is a brand focused on showcasing individual mezcal expressions, varieties, mezcaleros, and palenques. This Tepeztate mezcal is made in Santiago Matatlan, Oaxaca, from agave harvested in the Sierra Sur. Maestro Celestino Sernas produces it in copper pot stills, with a 13-day open-air fermentation.
