About this bottle
The Producer is a brand that showcases distinct mezcal varieties, makers, and locations. This Ensamble is crafted from Espadin and Cuishe agaves from Tlacolula de Matamoros and Soledad Salinas in Oaxaca. Maestro Erasto Martinez produces it using copper pot stills and an eight-to-eleven-day open-air fermentation with natural yeasts. The Espadin (Angustifolia Haw) are harvested at 7 years old, while the Cuishe (Karwinskii) are harvested around 9 years old. Stone tahona wheels are used for crushing the cooked agave hearts. Approximately 2,000 bottles of this 40.2% ABV spirit are produced per batch, available since September 2021 for $46.99 SRP.
