About this bottle

The Gauldrons Blended Malt, from independent bottler Douglas Laing & Co., is a blended malt whisky composed of Campbeltown single malts. The name "The Gauldrons" signifies a storm-facing bay on Scotland's western coast. The label depicts a spider and web, along with a compass. According to legend, Robert the Bruce (1274-1329) drew inspiration for Scotland's liberation from English rule by observing a spider repeatedly attempt to spin its web, eventually succeeding on its seventh try.

Too light, minimal flavor, less substantial than Jameson.
