I could inhale this aroma indefinitely. Sea breeze, kelp, saltiness, and a touch of sweetness (like biscuits). The taste is sharp, peppery, smoky, and saline. A very enjoyable spirit, even at 56% ABV, and possibly the most mezcal-like scotch I've encountered.
