About this bottle
The Epicurean Cask Strength Edinburgh Edition is a limited release comprising only 600 bottles. This Lowland blended malt was conceived during a special event at Edinburgh's Nauticus Bar in Leith. Bartenders from the city were challenged to combine various samples of Lowland single cask single malts. Fred Laing, chairman of Douglas Laing & Co., conducted a blind tasting and selected Lindsay Blair of 56 North as the winner. The spirit is bottled at 53.3% ABV without chill-filtration or added color, and became available in June 2020.
