My first rum outside of cocktails. Produced locally on the Southern Oregon Coast. It's smooth, sweet, with hints of caramel and honey. My initial impression is bourbon, but the sweetness leans more towards sugar and honey than corn. It's delicious in its own unique rum fashion. Overall, I highly recommend at least trying it.

About this bottle
This rum exhibits a light straw color, resulting from its one-year aging period in new, charred Missouri oak barrels. Like all their rums, it undergoes a double distillation process in a stainless reflux still that offers optional double column configurations.
