A robust agave spirit from Nom 1103 in the Highlands - Los Altos, Mexico. It starts with an aromatic bouquet of roasted agave, wood, and spice; a rich character then introduces notes of oak, vanilla, and agave syrup, leading to a sweet and smooth finish of moderate duration with hints of butterscotch and toffee.
