Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave, Tequila Amate Añejo undergoes double distillation and is then matured for 18 months in American oak barrels. The agaves are roasted in traditional brick ovens and subsequently shredded before fermentation.

An intense Agave Spirit from NOM 1137. It begins aromatically with hints of agave, wood, herbs, and spices; its rich and full character adds notes of vanilla and caramel, leading to a long and balanced conclusion with notes of oak. May / June 2016 / September 2017
