1 2 3 Tequila, pronounced "Uno, Dos, Tres," is a certified organic brand. The agaves are sourced from the Tequila Valley, and their piñas are cooked in stone ovens for nearly two days. The reposado, or "Dos," is aged for 6 months in white oak.

123 Organic Dos offers a gently mellow tequila with a balanced blend of agave, wood, and spices. The aroma presents hints of brown sugar, vanilla, baked agave, wood, and a toasted almond nuttiness. The taste reveals baked agave, wood, a subtle touch of nutmeg and medicinal notes, along with vanilla and a creamy mouthfeel.
Earthy, slightly herbaceous agave with a pleasant bright sweetness underlying it. It's a little dry and herbaceous but not enough to make me dislike it. Comparable to other brands but the extra sweetness elevates it in my view. Not sold in Ontario.
It presents herbal notes, mild spice (peppercorn), a light caramel sweetness, and a buttery quality. This offers pleasing complexity at an excellent price.
If you desire an organic tequila, look no further! Herbal and agave notes combine to create a beautiful sipping experience.
Beautiful. Roasted agave is present. Plenty of smoky taste. Easy to drink.
Good stuff. Very mellow. Let's open the other two and drain them!
