About this bottle
Made from 100% blue Weber agave sourced from the Southern Los Altos, Jalisco, this tequila is free of additives. The agave is cooked in stone ovens, extracted via roller mill, and fermented without fibers in open-air stainless steel tanks. It is double-distilled using a stainless steel still with copper coils. Following maturation in new American white oak barrels, it is bottled at 80 proof.
