Tequila Alquimia, an organic, sustainable, family-owned, and traditional producer founded by Don Adolfo, crafts its reposado from 100% estate-grown blue weber agave from Jalisco's Los Altos region. The tequila is double distilled in stainless pot stills and matured for 6 months in white oak barrels before being bottled at 40% ABV.
