About this bottle
This is the inaugural release in a series of bartender collaborations planned by Temple Distilling. Bartender Jacob Lichty (writing as James Wolf) earned this position by winning a bartending contest hosted by the brand. The gin reflects a Japanese influence, as Lichty manages a small bar at an izakaya in Seattle. Seven botanicals are used: juniper, shiso leaf, sweet orange peel, fennel, ume flower tea, caraway, and cubeb berry. The back label features signatures from both Wolf and head distiller AJ Temple, with the number 7 positioned between them, symbolizing good luck and the number of botanicals. It was available in limited quantities throughout 2018.
