Teeling Distillery created this whiskey in partnership with Umbrella London, a brewery and cidery. Used Teeling barrels, which previously held ex-bourbon hogsheads, were sent to Umbrella to be filled with ginger beer for two years. These ginger beer-seasoned barrels were then returned to Teeling to finish aging its small batch whiskey for nine months. This limited edition whiskey is sold online only, beginning November 2, 2020, and is bottled at 46% ABV without chill-filtration.

Too much ginger. The ginger overwhelms the palate, making it impossible to discern the Teeling flavor. It's a shame because it detracts from the sweetness of Irish Whiskey.
It definitely has a ginger flavor. I'd drink this daily.
