Teeling Spirit of Dublin Poitín is crafted from a blend of 50% malted barley and 50% unmalted barley, all sourced from Ireland. It undergoes triple distillation in traditional copper pot stills and is bottled at 52.5% ABV without maturation. This marked the inaugural release from the Teeling Distillery in Dublin, which commenced operations in 2015.

Sweet, light, and invigorating. Hints of vanilla and chocolate on the nose. It goes down quite smoothly. I enjoy it. I had this at the Teeling distillery in Dublin after trying their single malt, single grain, and small batch offerings. There are clear similarities between this and the single malt.
Spicy mouthfeel. The aroma is strongly of malt with a hint of minerality.
