About this bottle
Poitín's history in Ireland dates back to the 17th century, but its production was prohibited starting in 1661 and remained illegal for over three centuries. In an endeavor to reestablish Poitín production in Ireland, Teeling has introduced its own iteration, which combines 80% corn spirit triple-distilled in column stills with 20% malted barley spirit double-distilled in copper pot stills, bottled immediately after combining.
