About this bottle

Tarquin Leadbetter, the founder and head distiller, lends his name to this Cornish dry gin. Produced in small batches of 300 bottles at the Southwestern Distillery on North Cornwall's coast, this contemporary London Dry Gin is made using a wheat-based neutral spirit. Botanicals, including Devon violets, citrus zest, green cardamom seeds, and bitter almond, are soaked overnight before the spirit is distilled in a direct-fire copper pot-still using the one-shot method. Local Cornish water is used to adjust the proof to 42% ABV. This gin is not currently sold in the U.S.

Israel Sapp 5.0

Smooth and flavorful, with delightful notes of orange and floral elements. Pairs exceptionally well with Fever Tree tonic water.
