About this bottle

To mark the inauguration of the new distillery and showroom in Laverstroke, Hampshire, southern England, this limited bottling was released in 2014. The location, a former mill, has undergone a sustainable restoration and now houses a distillery and a greenhouse. Within the greenhouse, two distinct zones replicate the varied climates where the botanicals are sourced. The gin employs vapor infusion with the same ten botanicals found in all Bombay Sapphire gins: juniper, lemon, grains of paradise, coriander, cubeb berries, orris root, almonds, cassia bark, licorice, and angelica. Webb deVlam collaborated on the bottle's design, with illustrations provided by the acclaimed British artist Si Scott. The spirit is presented in a light blue decanter and bottled at 49% ABV.

Sophie March 3.0

Too expensive for what it offers. It looks nice, though. Better to get the standard Bombay.

Mila Dudley 3.0

Very dry with less flavor than desired. Has a slight medicinal alcohol taste.

Dane Adair 4.5

Another excellent gin from Bombay for your Gin and Tonic.

Christian Jefferson 5.0

Excellent served neat or bone dry.
