Spytail black ginger rum

A spiced rum created by steeping fresh ginger root in a blend of Caribbean Rums, then aged by Spytail Distillery in Cognac, France. It offers an aromatic start with notes of ginger root and smoke; a bold and spicy journey follows with notes of brown sugar, ginger snaps, clove, cinnamon, orange zest, and pepper; concluding with a short and zesty end featuring ginger spice and toffee.
