Karl Duenas 4.0

Clear and thick in the glass. The aroma is sweet, strongly resembling a piña colada. It smells like coconut chocolate chip cookies baking in the kitchen. While not very deep, the scent doesn't need to be. It's a pleasant surprise that the aroma is natural-smelling for this type of product. On tasting, sweet coconut is immediately present, like a candy, with chocolate chip notes throughout. The finish has significant heat, ending with a slight bitter edge. I wouldn't suggest this for sipping unless you're using it as a dessert replacement. However, for mixing coconut-based cocktails? Absolutely. The overall impression is genuinely "natural" rather than artificial.

Joaquin Pedroza 4.0

The coconut essence merges beautifully with the rum, yielding a smooth finish. It's almost like a liqueur. Best enjoyed on ice.

Karissa Kellogg 4.0

A good rum for mixing. It has a sweet, strong coconut flavor, but it doesn't taste artificial.

Bonita Talbot 4.5

A bit artificial, but enjoyable!
