Solståndet Mältat Akvavit, from the creators of Bittermens bitters, is part of a trio of Nordic-style spirits produced in Reykjavik, Iceland. It blends elements of Dutch genever and Scandinavian aquavit. A base spirit distilled from malted grain to 47.5% ABV is infused with caraway, dill, and lemon, among other herbs.
