About this bottle
Mayenda, a sipping tequila brand now part of the Campari Group, is produced from 100% azul agave under the direction of Maestro Tequilero Jesus Susunaga and his team at Casa San Nicolás in Jalisco. This brand features two unique production methods: before the final copper pot still distillation, the base spirit is macerated with roasted agave hearts, and the distillate is then blended with agave 'honey' (miel), a product derived from the cooking process. No sugars or additives are introduced after distillation. Mayenda Blanco Tequila is launching in both the US and Mexico starting in April 2023. (SRP $70)
